OEM:products made by the Original Equipment Manufacturer under its own name and branding. OEM products take on the warranty of the manufacturer and not of the vendor. (Coupons do not apply to OEM products.)
Low Profit:products sold at a low profit margin. (Coupons do not apply to low profit products.)
On Sale:Products offered for purchase at a reduced price normally for a limited period. (Coupons do not apply to on sale products.)
Clearance:final sale items or discontinued items at extremely discounted prices. All items tagged CLEARANCE may not be returned or exchanged as all purchases are final on clearance items. (Coupons do not apply to clearance products.)
To place an order
Add at least one item to your shopping cart and, once you decide to checkout, click the ‘Checkout’ button at the top right-hand corner of the website.
During checkout, you can review your order before completing the transaction. You can change the quantity of the items, enter a promotion coupon or a savings code, select a shipping option, choose your shipping address and payment method.
Before checkout, please note:
- Make sure you have entered the correct promotional coupon code in the shopping cart.
- Only one coupon can be redeemed on one order. A coupon cannot be combined with any other coupon.
- Make sure that the items in the shopping cart are eligible for the discount offered. For coupon restrictions, please scroll down to view the details.
- Coupons are subject to advertised offer limitations and all other limitations and restrictions on the applicable coupon or product.
- Coupons do not apply to OEM products, for printer-brand original (OEM) cartridges and other OEM products (cartridges and products tagged with OEM).
- Coupons do not apply to on sale, low profit and clearance products.
- Coupon must be redeemed at one of our Shopper+ Family websites, HomeTheaterMack.com.
- If your offer has a minimum purchase requirement, taxes and shipping charges do not apply toward the minimum purchase amount.
- If you are ordering items to be shipped to more than one address, a separate order will need to be created for each address. Only one promotional coupon can be redeemed on one resulting order.
- Coupons are not for resale and are not redeemable for cash.
- Coupons cannot be applied to orders already placed with hometheatermack.com.
- Expired coupons will not be accepted.
- If you return items purchased using a promotional code, the refunded price is the amount paid for merchandise after all discounts are applied. The portion of any coupon or promotional discount applied to the original transaction will be subtracted from all returned or exchanged items noted on the original receipt.
- Coupons are valid for a limited time only. Shopper+.com reserves the right to refuse any coupons at its discretion.
The following companies are the couriers we are working with to deliver your orders. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with your shipping confirmation and tracking number (if provided by the courier). The availability of the tracking service depends on the shipping method you have chosen at the checkout. To track your package, click on the courier’s tab below to be redirected to their webpage. Please use a tracking number provided in the Shipping Confirmation email to track your package.
In some cases, it may take up to 4-5 business days for a package to be delivered. If you did not receive your package for more than 10 days, please contact our customer support team and we will resolve this issue in a timely manner.
Sometimes tracking information won’t be available. The delay in providing information of your order’s progress may be due to the timing on the courier’s tracking system or to the specifications of a particular tracking system.
Modifying or cancelling an order:
We suggest for you to call us or use our online chat system immediately to cancel or modify any order; emails are not the fastest way for cancelling or editing an order. Our toll free number is 1-289-378-9484.
Since we want our customers to get their items as soon as possible; orders placed before noon are usually processed on the same business day. It is the customer’s responsibility to cover any shipping cost if any errors occur after the order is processed.
Once an order has been processed by our warehouse, we will not be able to cancel or change your order. If you have purchased an incorrect product, simply ask for a return authorization from our customer service team and return the items to us to obtain a refund. Please note that once the item is shipped out we do not refund the shipping cost.
For all online orders: if you see any price drop on our website for a product you have purchased, you can contact us within the 7 days following your order and we will arrange a refund to your store credit for the difference. Please note, if the price difference lowers your subtotal below the minimum required for free delivery, shipping charges will be applied. Exceptions; clearance items & special coupon events.
Please note that Shopper+ Family does not offer the price match service.
Please check your order confirmation email. If the order information is incorrect or incomplete, customers are responsible to report it immediately to our customer service team in order for the order to be updated and changed accordingly. If the problem is not fixed in time and the order is shipped out, customers will be responsible for the cost of resending the order.
We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee, usually between 10-30% based on the return, for non-defective returns.
